Q: How fast do you guys process orders?
A: We normally process your order the same business day. Orders are released to if it is placed by 12PM CST. All other orders after 12PM will leave the next following business day.

A: We use the most advanced packing and handling method available. You will receive your unit encased in a high-grade air-cell enclosure.
Q: Are your computers genuine or legal?
A: Yes, we provide you with a genuine Microsoft product key and genuine Operating System software. We are one of the top 5 Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher in the US.
Q: My computer is not working, what do I do?
A: Don’t panic, our techs are more than happy to help take care of it for you, either phone, remotely, or via email. Just give us a call.
Q: How can I reset my computer back to factory or the way you had it.
A: Yes, for your convenience we include a Recovery Partition with Windows image with easy to follow steps. You can also call our techs to walk you through it as well.

A: We are located in Melrose Park, IL.
Q: I want to return my computer what do I do?
A: First, check if it is past 14 days. Second, request a return by going to your purchase history and third, send it back to us at the address indicated. In some cases a restocking fee does apply, if you are unsure please give us a call.
Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: All returns will be returned with original packaging materials and in undamged condition, untampered. Restocking fee will be applied in accordance to Ebay returns policy.
