Start to Finish: 15 Minutes
- 16 thin slices Manchego or Pecorino Romano
- 2 large peaches, each cut into 8 wedges
- 8 slices prosciutto, torn in half lengthwise
- Hot honey (optional)
Heat a grill to high. Place 1 slice of cheese on each peach wedge. Wrap each with half a slice of prosciutto. Grill until just charred, about 1 minute per side. Drizzle with hot honey, if using.
