Fortnite’s Creative Mayhem event has returned just in time for Valentine’s Day, and players can earn a couple of free festive cosmetics.
Less than a year ago, Epic Games hosted the first-ever Fortnite Creative Mayhem event. By playing for 30 minutes on a specific Creative map, players could earn some free cosmetics.
These cosmetics included a free harvesting tool and a spray. The rewards this time around and pretty similar, but have a Valentine’s Day theme.
Here’s how to unlock the free Fortnite Creative Mayhem cosmetics this Valentine’s season.
Earn free Fortnite Creative Mayhem cosmetics
There are two cosmetic items players can unlock, and both have different unlock criteria. For the Valentine’s Day Creative Mayhem event, players can earn the Love Reigns Emoticon and Mace of Hearts Pickaxe.
To earn the Love Reigns Emoticon, all you have to do is sign up for the event at creativemayhem.fortnite.com. You don’t have to submit a time. Just visit the event page and log in to your Epic Games account.
However, players will probably be more interested in the Mace of Hearts Pickaxe. This can be unlocked after signing up by playing on the Creative Mayhem map for 30 minutes. The map will be featured in the Creative Hub, or via the Island Code: 7266-3680-0768.
The Fortnite Creative Mayhem event will last from February 7th – 14th, after which the cosmetic items will be gone for good. To redeem the items, players just need to log back into their Fortnite account once the challenges are completed.

Players can now unlock the star of Fortnite Chapter 3, The Foundation, which is modeled after and played by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
At the end of Chapter 2, The Foundation peeled back his mask to reveal none other than Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. And at the start of Chapter 3, Epic Games teased him as a playable character.

Haven is one of the Battle Pass characters in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1, and players can unlock a variety of masks for her to wear.
Similar to Toona Fish from Chapter 2 Season 8, Battle Pass owners can unlock the customizable Haven. While you can’t change the color of her limbs, you can equip different stylized masks.
