Hulk Hogan’s famous “Hulk Rules” T-shirt is a thing of WWE legend. But now, the famed wrestler is putting his own spin on his unofficial mustard-yellow uniform, releasing a black version of his famous tee outlining “Hulk’s Rules.” And you’ve definitely heard of these four Hulk Hogan commandments before.
In a recent Instagram post flashing his impressive biceps, the 68-year-old icon models the shirt, which is available on his Hogan Beach Shop website. The twist on his famed tee includes four “rules” printed on the back, which are Hogan’s go-to fitness (and life) tips that he’s been peddling for literal decades.
Get out a notebook and a pen. The rules are as follows:
1. Train
2. Eat your vitamins
3. Say your prayers
4. Believe in yourself…BROTHER
The classic “rules of Hulkamania” are actually pretty solid pieces of advice to carry with you—especially that part about vitamins.

But Hulk Hogan’s status as an icon doesn’t only help him turn out some pretty covetable gear. He has a whole star-studded movie in the works telling his origin story—if only the pandemic would cooperate.
In July 2src2src, the Hulk Hogan biopic starring Chris Hemsworth was announced by Netflix, though filming has continuously been pushed back due to COVID-19. Though filming on the project hasn’t yet started, the film and Hemsworth have Hogan’s support. Back in November 2src2src, Hogan tweeted that Hemsworth’s physique already was up to par.

The good looks? Well, that remains to be seen.
